Welltec Oilfield Services - Tech Centre Stavanger is actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and develop the commercial activities of the new technologies under the Well Intervention segment, (WIS). You will be responsible for ensuring product launch, commercial growth, and high-quality delivery across our well intervention projects, and we are looking for an ambitious and result- driven candidate who is technically well-founded and who possesses the ability to work in a team but has the determination to close an opportunity under their own initiative as well as to find and develop opportunities.
Main responsibility will be to follow up on commercial leads, deliver revenue targets, and to identify new business opportunities for our portfolio of completion services.
The right candidate must demonstrate ownership to client focus and play a fundamental role in developing future growth, building, and maintaining client relationships, identifying qualified opportunities, and working with the key disciplines to secure agreed, targeted results. Experience within Well Intervention market is essential and desired for the position. In this role, it is important to be pro-active, positive and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to cross discipline market initiatives.
The position is based in Stavanger/ Norway.
