Welltec® supports the development of Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS) with durable, high-performance solutions designed to meet the specific challenges of low-permeability, high-temperature reservoirs. 

Our all-metal expandable packers deliver reliable zonal isolation, enabling controlled stimulation and efficient heat transfer in EGS systems, from single to multi-stage completions. 

Tested to operate at temperatures up to 300°C, these robust barriers withstand thermal cycling and formation stress, protecting well integrity where traditional methods fall short. As a standalone solution, they can also be deployed to isolate cold or loss zones in conventional hydrothermal wells, serve as a relining solution, or provide cement assurance.
